* Service Quality
We have established Anam Cara House Geelong with the aim of providing the highest level of quality services possible.
To establish and maintain this high level of quality service we are participating in the ACHS (Australian Council on Healthcare Standards) quality assurance program.
The first step in this program is Certification which is a quality management program specifically directed to the needs of newly established organisations. The Certification Program will assist us to establish the structures, systems, policies and procedures that will help us strive for excellence.
The Program will guide us in monitoring the outcomes we achieve in each of the ACHS critical areas and in identifying where improvements are required. It will also provide for the independent review and evaluation of these systems.
In April 2009 Anam Cara House Geelong was granted Certification status with ACHS. This puts us in the position to monitor our outcomes and achievements, to identify areas for improvement and to take action to improve.
