Geelong’s newest and most exclusive clubs are: The “Anam Cara House Geelong” Movie Clubs.
Two Clubs, each with ten screenings per year, and each with a maximum membership of 40!
Screenings: On Thursday evenings at 7.30 p.m., followed by supper.
Theatre: All screenings in the air-conditioned setting of St. Mary’s “Shirley Mills Plaza Theatre”, on the corner of Yarra and Little Myers Sts.
Free Parking at the door!
Club 1. – First Thursday of the month:
- Geelong Premieres (movies which have never had a Geelong theatrical release)
- Recent Releases (not yet to tv) - includes Foreign Language Films
Club 2. – Third Thursday of the month:
- Classics alternating with War and Westerns
Membership: Half-yearly
